Classification method and evidence

The primary family assignment follows PlantTFDB v5 DNA-binding, auxiliary, and forbidden-domain rules using Pfam 38.0 and HMMER 3.4. DIAMOND matches to Arabidopsis PlantTFDB proteins provide candidate and conflict evidence, not the final family by themselves.

One representative protein is retained per inferred gene. Assembly-level quality warnings remain visible; the superseded F. vesca v2.0.a1 translation set is listed but excluded because 96% of its proteins contain internal stop or gap symbols.
