About this tool

GuideRNA identifies candidate guide sequences for a target region and supports PAM selection for genome-editing experiments. Candidate guides and predicted off-target effects should be checked against the intended strawberry genome assembly before experimental use.

Target: Paste a DNA sequence or upload a sequence file.
Genome: Provide the matching genome sequence and GTF annotation.
Output: Candidate guide RNAs and target-site results.
