Ask naturally across strawberry literature and SDH data.
Chat searches literature; Agent queries SDH data; Auto chooses for you. Ask in English or Chinese, and include the gene ID, species and assembly for gene queries.
Click DOI links to open papers. To use your API, open Trial → Use my API key, enter your provider, model and key, then select Use this API.
How to use Strawberry AI
Choose a response mode, include precise identifiers when you have them, and verify the returned sources.
Choose the right mode
- Auto
- Lets Strawberry AI choose between literature search and SDH database tools.
- Chat
- Use for publications, research evidence and literature synthesis.
- Agent
- Use for genes, sequences, BLAST, assemblies, transcriptomics, epigenomics, GWAS and other SDH data.
For database questions, include the exact gene ID, species and assembly version whenever possible. Open Knowledge Base to browse the literature available to Chat.
Use your own API
- Open Trial in the toolbar and select Use my API key.
- Choose OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or DeepSeek.
- Keep the suggested model or enter an official model ID, then paste your API key.
- Select Use this API. The next request verifies the key with that provider.
Your key is kept only in this browser tab, sent for the current request and never stored by SDH. Requests use your provider account’s own quota and billing rules.
